Remove imported workouts from this device
Open Plan > Settings > Apple Health and use Remove Imported Workouts to clear Momentum's local import cache and remembered matches. It does not delete the Apple Health originals or imported summaries already uploaded through account cloud sync. Readable workouts can return after another import.
Check what will stay
Use this action on an iPhone or iPad where Remove Imported Workouts is available. It clears the local import cache as a whole, not one selected row.
Your Apple Health workouts, Momentum-recorded history, and authored training plans remain. History already uploaded through account cloud sync stays in your account. Removing the cache does not turn off Apple Health read access.
Clear the local import cache
- Open Plan and its options menu.
- Tap Settings, then Apple Health.
- Open More Apple Health actions.
- Tap Remove Imported Workouts.
- Read Remove Imported Workouts?, then tap Remove to continue or Cancel to leave the cache unchanged.
Check the cleared list
After successful removal, the imported list and its counts clear. Momentum also clears the local plan matches and remembered rejected pairings. Your planned workouts remain scheduled.
Know what can return
A later Apple Health refresh can import readable workouts again without a new connection request. The next check starts with the previous 12 months because the earlier import position was cleared. Workouts outside that window are not guaranteed to return.
Reimported workouts can match planned training again because the earlier matching choices were removed. Import still depends on the source data and read access; removing the cache does not restore missing measurements.
If the list does not clear, do not assume removal succeeded. Reopen Apple Health in Momentum's Settings and check it again. A subsequent import can also repopulate the list.
