Explore Library
Open Library to browse Programs, workouts, and exercises, or use Search when you have something in mind. You can look through the options before choosing what to add or train.
Start with something to explore
Use Momentum on iPhone or iPad. You can browse Library before creating a training plan.
Browse or search
- Open Library.
- Select a section:
- Discover previews Programs, workouts, and exercises. Tap See All beside a category to open its full section.
- Programs brings together reusable Programs and a separate Your Plans section for your personal training plans.
- Workouts lists standalone catalog workouts. When you have personal workouts, they appear separately under Your Workouts.
- Exercises offers Start Here, Browse by Muscle, and Browse by Equipment.
- Tap a Program, workout, or exercise to open its details.
For a more specific search:
- Tap Search in Library.
- Enter a name or a few words describing the content you want.
- Tap a result under Programs, Workouts, or Exercises.
To leave search, tap Show Library sections. Library returns to the section you were browsing.
Review before you choose
A Program's Week by Week section shows its planned schedule in Calendar or List view. A standalone workout shows its planned structure, not a recorded result.
An exercise's About, Starting Point, and Form Cues describe the movement and its catalog guidance. Starting Point is a default prescription, not advice tailored to you.
Opening these details does not create a training plan, start a workout, or record completed training.
When you cannot find what you want
Search looks through catalog Programs, catalog workouts, and exercises—not your personal training plans, personal workouts, or workout history. It shows a limited set of matches. Try a more specific query or browse the relevant section.
If Library Unavailable appears, tap Try Again. When a catalog refresh fails, Momentum may show previously downloaded or bundled content instead. That content may not include the latest changes.
For completed training, open its date in Plan, personal training plan details, or Progress. Library is not the complete workout-history destination.
